We know that you will love what you have ordered, but if something doesn’t
work  out, RubiMoon will gladly accept unwashed, unworn or
defective merchandise for return or exchange within thirty days of the shipping date.

When returning an item, please send to:

Please  pack the items for return in a secure box and include a copy of
the order invoice, your credit card information and specific instructions on
how you would like us to handle your return or exchange.

RubiMoon Shipping Policy

We offer flat rate shipping of $7.95 to anywhere in the 50 United States, $20.95 to Canada and Mexico, and $34.95 to everywhere else, with the US Postal Service, Priority Mail. We will ship your order 1 to 2 days after we receive it, and it will arrive 3 to 5 days for US Domestic and 6 to 10 days for International, after shipping.

If you would like your order shipped with a different carrier please contact us at anke@rubimoon.com  with your specific request and we will make arrangements for you and contact you with the shipping costs.
